Super Date ist ein Song, den Ted für Barney singt, während sie zusammen das ultimative Date für Anita planen. Er will mit ihr schlafen, aber sie hört auf das Buch Natürlich bist du noch Single, sieh dich doch nur an, du dumme Sau!, weil sie es selbst geschrieben hat. Es besagt, dass man erst nach dem 17. Date mit einem Mann schlafen sollte, doch Barney will sie davon überzeugen, dass sie mit ihm auch schon eher schläft. Also meint Ted, er müsse 17 romantische Dates in eins packen.
